The process begins with uploading your multimedia files (video, audio and images) through our submission system. You'll see a progress bar indicating the upload status – please note that larger files may take additional time to complete.
Once uploaded, you'll fill out a submission form with your personal and company information, specify your desired editing services and describe your creative vision.
You'll need to confirm you have rights to the content and agree to be contacted about next steps regarding pricing and timing. A member of our creative team will promptly reach out to confirm receipt of your files and discuss project details.

Our system works best with submissions up to 20GB per form, but it will accept larger file sizes. If your project exceeds this recommendation, you can either divide your content across multiple submissions or contact us directly for personalized assistance.
Please note that larger files naturally require more time to upload. We recommend maintaining patience during the transfer process and avoiding page refreshes while your files are being uploaded. We're actively developing solutions to better accommodate larger file sizes in future updates.
Turnaround times vary based on project requirements, and our global team operates continuously to maximize efficiency. For straightforward edits like a single short-form video, we aim to deliver an initial version within one business day for your review through a private project review link.
When we deliver your initial version, you'll receive a private project review link for submitting feedback and revision requests. We ask that all stakeholders review assets within two business days of receipt.
Our team will quickly incorporate your feedback to ensure the final asset meets your vision. If no feedback is provided within the two-business-day window, the project will be automatically marked as complete.
